Buying a refrigerator is easy. Getting it into the kitchen, level and working, is the part that goes wrong when nobody explains it.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Large appliances and furniture are moved by a logistics partner and you will be given a delivery window by phone before the vehicle arrives. Please confirm the lift, the staircase width and any gate restriction at the time of ordering — a washing machine that cannot pass a staircase is a return nobody wants.

Installation

Brand installation is arranged for appliances that need it: refrigerators, washing machines, televisions and air conditioners. The first visit is normally free. Anything beyond the standard installation — extra copper piping for an AC, a wall bracket for a TV, a stand for a washing machine — is chargeable and should be quoted to you before the technician starts work. Ask for the quote first.

Warranty

Warranty is provided by the brand, not by us, and it is activated by the serial number on your invoice. Keep the invoice. For most appliances the standard structure is:

• 1 year comprehensive on the product
• Longer cover on the compressor or motor (typically 5 to 10 years, brand dependent)
• Mobiles: 1 year on the device and 6 months on accessories in the box

Your first 24 hours

• Photograph the box and the product before installation
• Let a refrigerator stand upright for a few hours before switching on
• Run one empty cycle on a new washing machine
• Report any damage or missing part the same day
