How you can pay

• UPI — scan or pay to the UPI ID shown at checkout.
• Debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express.
• Net banking from major Indian banks.
• Wallets supported by our payment provider.
• Cash on delivery where the pin code is serviceable.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The price on the product page plus any delivery charge shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no hidden fees added later.

Security

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Card numbers and UPI credentials are entered on the provider's page and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the payment method, the amount and the transaction reference needed for accounting.

When a payment fails

If money leaves your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank or the payment provider, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Write to support@jmsons.in with the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the provider.

Invoices

A GST invoice is generated for every order and is available in your account under Orders. It can be downloaded as a PDF at any time.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Timelines are described in the Refund & Return Policy. We do not issue refunds to a different account or card.

Cash on delivery

For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. The delivery partner cannot accept cards or UPI. Refunds for cash on delivery orders are made by bank transfer.
